I happen to have the same problem, it's a very frustrating and confusing process to debug where the error came from but I was led to this thread with my findings. I haven't gotten a clue why it happens, it just started doing it since past week. At the moment I'm suspecting the headset drivers, so I deleted the device under Sound, video and game controllers, Human Interface Drivers HID Compliant headset and Audio Input and outputs and then rescanned for new devices.
Because I did all the before mentioned things too, at least on the nvidia part. Deleted drivers, made sure with DDU, reinstalled latest drivers. See how this goes, but it might be caused by a Windows update in conjunction with the HyperX. I've requested support from Kingston about this, maybe you could throw in one too to help this get known. I did ask support from Kingston but still didn't get reply back. Guess we won't have to rely on support from Kingston, I've had contact and they told me its out of warranty so tough luck. The Error in eventlog should not cause a PC Crash or audio problems and also have nothing to do with nvidia. You can ignore it, its just a Debug Log from Windows.
